10F.9G2-ratIgG2b

Introduction

The 10F.9G2-ratIgG2b monoclonal antibody specifically binds to mouse PDL1 (programmed death ligand 1) which also known as B7-H1 or CD274. PDL1 is thought to play an important role in tumor immune evasion. Induced PDL1 expression is commonly observed in various tumors and results in increased resistance of tumor cells to CD8 T cell mediated lysis. Blockade of the PDL1/PD1 pathway has proven to be a broadly effective immunotherapy. The 10F.9G2-ratIgG2b antibody has been shown to inhibit the interaction between PDL1 and PD1 and between PDL1 and B7-1 (CD80).
